Son of a..

You know, I can usually turn off my compassionate nature when it comes to callers, because of their massive ignorance and the fact that towing the company line just is easier than trying to be some kind of unpaid customer advocate. What gets me though, is when a cusotmer wants something that makes logical sense, we have the ability to give them what we want, and we just dont because we want to COA.

There is this church who is being took over, the pastor and staff have no access to the church. Their members need statements. We have the data to send them statements. We wont do it. All we have to do is save those reports to PDF and send to the senior pastor, or even the official contact, and then the customer will be happy. Not even all statements, just a handful. It would take us like ten minutes.

But we wont do it. So annoying! 'We could get sued' yeah right. Those members have a legal right to those statements, and we could be helpful very easily. Yes, I see the point, and yes, this is nothing I should let get to me, but dang it im a nice guy and I want to be helpful! Yes, I am grumbling right now.
