Repitition

I do not understand.

People do not get it.

I have, quite literally, repeated myself a dozen times before, all over the course of five minutes... and then they still dont get it sometimes. It is very very sad.

Me: "Lets close the report"
Them: "Ok, I am in the report"
M: "Ok, thats good. Now, lets close it. "
T: "ok, where do you want me to go in the report?"
M: "lets close the report"
T: "It is closed"
M: "ok, lets go to Utility"
T: "I see criteria"
M: "you are still IN THE F(cen)NG REPORT!!!"
